We will be viewing a number of real graphing stories. These stories will help you to master graphing which involves the changing over time. The following link will need to be opened with the NOTES app. You will need THIS PIECE OF GRAPH PAPER Complete the graphing for each problem on this paper.
Group Work:
1. Elevation vs. Time
2. Elevation vs. Time Walking Down Stairs
3. Pain vs. Time - Watch Out!
4. Speed vs. Time - A car!
After you have completed all four graphs. Take a picture of your work and post it to your professional blog. Entitle it "Graphing Stories" and state something that you learned.
Individual Work:
Now that we have graphed real problems over time, let's look at them directly in a mathematical sense. Watch the video below and copy items down for your reference.
